Results-driven exec: 25+ years of leadership in health & social care; 20+ in the charitable sector, 15 years at Exec. level working directly with boards; last 9 years working to CEOs with deep backgrounds in venture capital/PE backed plc’s.
A career of leadership in complex health & social care organisations, providing life changing support to older people, people living well with Dementia, mental health conditions, learning disabilities, brain injuries & complex needs. P&L responsibility of up to £105m. 7 years of leading portfolios of residential/nursing homes.
A deep record of accomplishment of taking Good-rated service offerings to outstanding/exemplary and turning around failing/Inadequate services/contracts/divisions. Director of Quality (4 years). Nominated individual with the CQC (7 years) for a complex multi-site organisation (420+ locations). From an org. in a crisis with regulators, to top five for quality.
Director of Innovation for same org. for 5 years – 2020 Charity Times Charity of Year and 2021 finalist, for its ability to “disrupt the status quo” and its “incredibly strong focus on innovation.” Lead many business-wide change projects across 420+ locations, 6000 colleagues - ensuring better org. profitability and outcomes for 3,500 people supported.

Last 6 years leading operations delivered growth of £55m (£250m+ contract value); lead exit/sale of £45m p/a of contracts, & integration of £55m+ of services via TUPE & M&A.
