Biography

A visionary leader at the nexus of real estate, technology, and strategic governance, Paul Singh is a critical component of Kingdoms of Care’s mission to redefine global healthcare. His career is distinguished by a rare combination of hands-on, multi-billion-pound project delivery and high-level public policy leadership, making him uniquely qualified to transform KoCL's ambitious vision into a tangible reality.

As a master builder for the 21st century, Mr. Singh brings a formidable track record in orchestrating the physical and commercial development of major life sciences and infrastructure projects. As a Founder and Board Member of EEDN, he has been involved in multi-million-pound initiatives including the London Cancer Hub, a leading oncology district, and a cutting-edge R&D facility for King's College London to name but a few. His firm also led a consortium of leading real estate entities to launch Constructing Science, a published construction guidance to assist developers, tenants, and the general construction industry in building life sciences assets the right way.

In addition, he is Partner of CostPro Consulting, which specializes in commercial management and dispute resolution, offerings which he mastered on projects from Heathrow Terminal 2 to Tottenham Hotspurs' Stadium. This provides the operational credibility essential for KoCL's ground-up development of its flagship "Healthcare Cities".

Mr. Singh is an active exponent of the same next-generation technologies that define KoCL's competitive advantage. His pioneering work, via his recent start-up Urbanityx, on 'The Token Bungalow' leverages a fully digitised building model, smart contracts, and a real-time digital twin. This demonstrates his direct, practical experience with the AI-first approach that will underpin the company's technologically advanced care ecosystems. This fusion of physical construction and digital innovation embodies the future of care that KoCL is building.

As a former Policy Lead for SMEs and a Councillor in the City of London, Mr. Singh has extensive experience navigating the complex interplay between the private sector and public bodies. His stewardship of policy and governance, which included overseeing public-private collaborations, provides KoCL with the essential diplomatic acumen needed to work with government regulators and health systems. His roles at leading institutions such as St Bartholomew's Hospital Charitable Fund and the European Cancer Community Foundation further underscore his deep commitment to institutional integrity and responsible corporate governance.

Mr. Singh’s multi-faceted background provides the indispensable foundation for Kingdoms of Care's most ambitious endeavours. He is a trusted leader whose expertise ensures that KoCL’s strategic blueprint will be built, block by digital block, into a network of 7-star environments that transform the landscape of global healthcare.
